* Added the ability to create a new video from a selection on the video playback timeline.

* Improved user experience by automatically resuming capture once necessary permissions are enabled.
* Disabled the option to save video as GIF when a GIF is selected in the editor.
* Clarified the looping option when saving an animated GIF to specify how many times it should play.
